Alexander Kozloff (American, b.1926) Fisherman. Watercolor. Artist stamp in lower right. 15 3/4 x 21 3/4 in. (400 x 552 mm). Alexander Kozloff was born in 1926. He attended the Pratt Institute and the Academy of Allied Arts, and taught at the Educational Alliance School. In 1939 he was awarded first prize at the New York WorldÆs Fair for oil painting.
