(Folio) 17¼x13, finely bound by Richert in full green levant morocco with on-laid landscape scene on front and a smaller scene of a setting sun on spine, raised bands, wide gilt dentelles, top edge gilt. Original front wrappers bound in (one detached). One of 360 copies on 'Papeteries de Rives' from a total edition of 435 copies.Very attractive etchings of the cities, towns and countryside along the Rhône River between Lyon and Pont-Saint-Esprit. A later [1931] volume continued the work to the Mediterranean Sea.
