Kate Greenaway figures are a young girl dressed in a hat and a little boy with a stick and hoop. The hoop is the napkin holder on the base. Marked "James W. Tufts, #1597". Stick in the girls hand should be a parasol. Missing the top of the parasol. Some silver loss. Rare, wonderful piece. Condition (Very Good).
