Includes original box. Rubber band-operated. Needs rubber band to work. Made by L.M. Paris. "Patrie" is written on both sides of toy. Appears to be all original. Hand-painted passenger. Balloon is lithographed. Props are cardboard. Box has great graphics of children looking up at toy. Some moderate wear to the gold portions of balloon and arms of passenger. Box has some staining. Condition (VERY GOOD). Size 9" L.
