Demountable base and policeman rider. Black rubber tires, metal spoke wheels. Unusual Hubley decal on gas tank which is 98% complete. Unusual toy which was made after Hubley stopped using the Indian and Harley Davidson names. Minor overall chipping and wear. Condition (EXCELLENT). Size 8-3/4" L.
