Black rubber tires with spoke metal wheels. De-mountable policeman rider and passenger. Takes battery where engine would be for electric headlight. Shown in Hubley catalog but never produced because of poor design issues. Moderate overall scratching and wear especially on one rear fender. Provenance: Dick Ford Collection. Originally came from Hubley designer J. E. Brubaker. Condition (VERY GOOD - EXCELLENT). Size 9" L.
