Finely molded brass handle with extensive hallmarks, engraved, marked with a fish, SK and marked CF, with metal chains and copper scales. 19" H x 23" W. Slight tarnishing on the brass and minor surface dirt, small dent on one of the bowls, minor tarnishing throughout both bowls on scale consistent with normal wear and use. Prominent MI Collector
