This is an original contract, and a copy, between The Angels – Peggy Santigllia and Phyllis Meister – and Dick Clark Concerts for a one day, two performance engagement that took place on May 23, 1981 at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Virginia for which The Angels was compensated D1,250. The artists playfully yet legibly signed their names to both copies in blue ballpoint pen. b. This contract represents an agreement for an exclusive engagement and performances for Caesars Boardwalk Regency between The Angels and Dick Clark Concerts. The five page contract details a limited engagement from January 1-3 1981. The paperwork details promotional billing information and the sum of payment to the Angels totalling D2,000.
