During these performances Elvis wore scarves as part of his stage-wear and these pre-date the later scarves created to hand out to audiences. With a letter from the original owner, an MGM employee addressed to Beatles biographer Gareth Palowski (How they became the Beatles 1989) and a separate letter of authenticity.
