24" J STEINER Fre A 17. Blue paper weight eyes, CLOSED MOUTH, pierced ears. Very full honey blonde HH wig. Papier mache jointed body with straight wrists is marked (paper label) MEDAILLE D'OR PARIS 1889 LE PETIT PARISIEN BEBE J STEINER MARQUEE DEPOSEE. Doll is dressed in an antique lace drop waist dress, cotton petticoat and pantaloons. Child's 2-button black leather boots, socks. Condition: small flake on right ear hole; no other flaws observed in bisque. Age discoloration/deterioration on clothing, especially the underwear. Clothing has a musty odor. Shipping: $44 plus insurance.
