BOATS IN HARBOR BY HAYLEY LEVER (AMERICAN, 1876-1958).
Oil on canvas, signed lower left. Impressionistic scene of harbor. 9"h. 12"w., in modern gilt frame., 15 1/2"h. 19"w.

Approx 1/4" surface scratch on the top of the middle sail is very light and difficult to detect. There is a slight crease to the canvas at the right 1/3 point, running vertically. Paint has fractured slightly along crease; minor flake at top edge of crease. Blacklighting did not revealing any inpainting, restorations, etc.
