Portrait is American, Ca.1820-1830 (dag is 1840s or 1850s). A fine half-length, profile portrait memorialized in a daguerreotype in a brass mat and pressed paper case. Good clarity, some spotting. Case is 3 5/8"h. 3 1/8"w.

Condition: Appears to have its original seals, though somewhat deteriorated.
