Midwestern or Pennsylvania, 2nd quarter-19th century, walnut and poplar. Panel construction. Lid with breadboard ends overhangs case over two dovetailed drawers, resting on turned feet. Mellow dry finish and rich color. A few small pieced repairs. 26 3/4"h. 40"w. 20"d.
