American, 19th century, mixed woods. Carved wooden figure of a black man wearing a long coat and boots. Articulated limbs, an overall dry, unfinished surface with some painted details. Minor edge damage. 10 1/2"h. plus stand. Ex Don Walters.

Condition: Appears to have some mahogany.
