UNUSUAL LINEN PRESS.
Found in Wheatland, Knox County, Indiana, 2nd quarter-19th century, walnut and poplar. Two paneled doors over two bowfront drawers, resting on high, cutout feet. Minor imperfections. 50 1/2"h. 50"w. 23 1/2"d.

Condition: Refinished, reinforced separation in top, a few new screws but the hinges and pulls look period/original, a few age splits and other minor repairs. The cornice and top board are poplar, but appear original. Purchased in Wheatland in 1974. Numerous areas of fill in of knotholes and deteriration. Some splintering to the right of the right side door.
