NEOCLASSICAL WORK TABLE.
American, first quarter-19th century, poplar with curly maple veneer and a two-board curly maple top. Reeded saber legs with brass paw feet support a top with biscuit corners, applied turnings and two dovetailed drawers with replaced brass pulls and faux ivory keyhole escutcheons. Refinished. 21"w. 18 1/2"d. 28 3/4"h.

Condition: 8/28: Top is likely a replacement; this is a period table, with reveneering to the tiger maple.
