FEDERAL TESTER BED.
Attributed to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, early 19th century, maple and pine retaining old red stain. Vase turned reeded foot posts, high turned legs and one board headboard. Some loss. 66"h. 56"w. Original rails lengthen to 75".

Condition: No finials, some tester slats missing as well as canopy frame.
