Pennsylvania, late 18th-early 19th century, poplar. Retains grungy old if not original finish. Hinged extention/arm has large heart shaped cutout. Well shaped dovetailed cradle has cheese cutter rockers, slat bottom and original brass knobs to hold a covering. Minor edge wear. 22 /4"h. 41:l. 17"w.
