Condition/Details: Bound in brown boards with paper spine label, this antique volume is a scarce work by renowned book collector and scholar Abraham Simon Wolf Rosenbach. (1876 - 1952), who, as an early champion of the literature of the United States, helped to develop various national library collections, including the Huntington and Folger Shakespeare. His own collection became the basis on which the Rosenbach Museum and Library was built. This book is number 143 of a limited edition of 250 and comes in its original brown slipcase.. The volume shows light external age/wear, and is solidly bound with clean pages. The book measures approximately 5.5"" x 8.5"" and contains 9 pages.
