Hand painted Royal Vienna plate with center portrait of young woman amid white roses. Border heavily decorated with gilt enamel design of flowers and foliage. Signed lower right, Wagner. Titled in black on reverse, "Sommer." Artist mark in black, "Dec. 166." Blue underglaze Beehive mark in center. (UPDATED 8/18/08 12:35 PM to include measurements of 9 5/8" wide. Condition is very good without chips, cracks, or crazing)
