Silver tea and coffee set stamped Shreve Brown & Co., Boston with an eagle hallmark. (tray, covered dish and tongs are not stamped) Seven pieces are also marked Coin, Sterling. Total troy weight for everything except tray, tongs and covered butter dish is 158 troy ounces. Lids are adorned with an acorn finial. Tea set consists of: Coin silver hot water kettle with stand, 16" high by 11 3/4" wide from spout. Coin silver covered sugar bowl 7 1/4" high by 8 1/4" wide handle to handle. Coin silver waste bowl 4 1/4" high by 6 3/8" wide. Coin silver creamer 7 1/4" high by 5 1/8" wide. Two teapot's one sterling the other is coin silver, the largest teapot sterling measures 8 1/2" high by 11 3/4" wide handle to spout. Tongs are stamped R King, measure 7" long by 1" wide. Covered butter dish is without the inside glass liner, measures 6 1/4" high by 6 1/2" wide. Sold together with a silver plate footed tray with grapes, 2" high by 32 1/2" long by 21" wide. Each piece is monogrammed, minimal surface scratches. Over all condition is good, see images.
