English Tall Case Clock, early 19th c.,
time and strike, oak case with mahogany trim, brass movement, signed "Robt Bunyan Lincoln" on painted arched dial decorated with three birds and floral spandrels, two Doric columns support swan-neck pediment topped by wood finial, inlaid leaf on trunk door. Robert Bunyan was active from the late 18th century until 1825. 82.5" x 17.75" x 9" Estimate $1500 - 3000 Condition reportCrazing and wear to dial, two long age cracks on skirt, small piece of inlay loose on hood.
