Rhode Island Queen Anne high chest,

dense mahogany with chestnut, yellow pine and poplar secondary, Coastal Connecticut or Rhode Island, 18th century, 73 x 40 x 20-1/4 in. Restored and possibly married, cases possibly a good match but separated and used as two cases now reunited, replaced brasses (different brass histories top and bottom, dovetails are good match), upper case with plywood back and formerly fitted with feet, drawer blades refaced, lower case now fitted with mahogany top, replaced drops, skirt lacking bead molding, other restorations, chip and loss to one molding.
