walnut throughout with pine secondary, probably original brass, American, possibly Southern, early 19th century, 29 x 36 x 19-1/2 in. (opens to 35-3/4 in.). Refinished, top with several strip patches and butterfly repairs, backs of leaves resurfaced (probably original), some later screws. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Thomas W.
