rose to ocher variegated marble top over three serpentine long drawers, burlwood veneers, carved foot returns, back with illegible inscription and early shipping label, probably Northern Italian, late 18th century, 32-1/4 x 42-3/4 x 23-1/2 in. Marble top, brasses and feet replaced, scattered patches and repairs to veneers with some minor losses, some structural rebuilding. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Parker B. Poe to Benefit the Thomasville Cultural Center, Thomasville, Georgia
