saint with spear on a white horse, possibly St. George, Greek inscriptions at top, oil with silver and gold gilding on panel, Greek, late 18th/early 19th century, 16-1/2 x 12-1/2 in.; modern gilt wood frame. Retouch primarily at edges, crackle, flaking, abrasions, light grime, splits bottom left, losses at edges, floated in shadowbox frame; frame with abrasions.
