1930s era, worn for a wedding dinner, a royal blue velvet dress with long sleeves and inset cream lace v-neck bib and cream lace detailing to sleeves, with powder blue slip (with slight staining under arms). 14.5" shoulder seam to seam, 48" overall length, 21" sleeve length.
