Vintage Blue Velvet Dress with Chiffon Slip,
1930s era, worn for a wedding dinner, a royal blue velvet dress with long sleeves and inset cream lace v-neck bib and cream lace detailing to sleeves, with powder blue slip (with slight staining under arms).
14.5" shoulder seam to seam, 48" overall length, 21" sleeve length.

According to the consignor, all items were purchased in Paris.
