Images 5¾x3¾, album is 9½x7½, loosely bound with ribbon tie.Twenty-one of the nurses, in freshly starched uniforms and hats, are identified in ink on the images; the first of the photographs with photographer's credit of Smart, S.F., on the mount. One window mount is empty, the photograph removed; one photograph has the nurse's name rubbed out, another written above.
