The first printing in 1910 was quite small with only 2130 copies printed and it is likely that this second printing in the "Macmilllan Standard Library" series was even smaller. In printed jacket with printed blurb from the "Brooklyn Daily Eagle" incorporated into front panel layout. Heading: Place Published: New York Publisher: Macmillan Co. Date Published: 1912 Condition reportUnobtrusive dampstain to top of rear board; crease to last page and rear free endpaper, else near fine in jacket which has a half-inch strip trimmed away across the entire top and bottom.
