Slack, Quartermaster, United States Marine Corp, thanking him for sending "Proposal for Supplies for the U.S. Marine Corps" signed by Bryant as editor. Letter measures 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" and is framed with engraving of Bryant. Frame measures 13 1/4" x 17 1/4". Shipping: $28.00 plus insurance.
