La Méhari 4x4 de la vente fut mise en circulation le 5 mai 1982. Elle appartient à son actuel propriétaire depuis 1996 soit plus de 20 ans aujourd'hui. Après avoir utilisé sa voiture en l'état, ce dernier procéda à sa complète restauration en 2013. Celle-ci fut confiée au Méhari Club de Cassis, incontournable en la matière. La voiture fut restaurée avec la consigne d'en faire tout simplement " une voiture neuve ". La liste des travaux réalisés est donc impressionnante avec plus de 28 000 € de travaux, factures à l'appui. Citons parmi ceux-ci, le remplacement de la plateforme et du châssis tubulaire par une version galvanisée ainsi que du moteur. Le reste des éléments ont eux aussi connu une cure de jouvence permettant à la voiture de recouvrer une 2ème jeunesse. N'ayant parcouru qu'un peu plus de 1000 km depuis restauration, elle est aujourd'hui encore en excellent état de présentation et de fonctionnement et dotée de tous ses accessoires. Elle est de plus pourvue d'un crochet d'attelage, et d'un coupe-circuit. Produite à seulement 1 213 exemplaires, la Méhari 4X4 est rare. Notre exemplaire intégralement restauré et en superbe état vous fera gouter aux joies de la Méhari y compris en dehors des sentiers battus, ainsi que nous avons pu le constater lors de l'essai.

This 4x4 Méhari was registered for the road on 05 May 1982. Its current proprietor has owned it for over 20 years, since 1996. After using it a few times, the owner went on to have the car completely restored in 2013 and consigned it to the Cassis Méhari Club, experts in this field. It was restored with one main objective in mind, to make it a "new car" again. The amount of work done is simply staggering, with more than 28,000 € spent and supporting invoices. For instance, the platform and tubular chassis were replaced by a galvanised steel version, including the engine. All other elements were also rejuvenated in order for the car to be reborn once again. With a bit more than 1,000 km since its restoration, the car is today in excellent esthetical and mechanical condition and is provided with all its accessories. This car is also supplied with a towing hook and a kill switch. Produced at only 1,213 examples, the Méhari 4x4 is rare. Completely restored and in superb condition, this vehicle will make you taste the joy of driving a Méhari, including in off-road areas where we had the chance to test it.
