Measures 8" tall by 9" wide. The top has a full figure cherub riding a sea serpent. The dome has a motif of polar bears.There are repousse designs of walrus and other north pole scenes circling the top of the base. The handles are full figured bears. Marked "Rogers Smith & Co.
