A choice oil on panel, signed lower right, NORMAN PRESCOTT DAVIES 1891, titled and inscribed on the reverse in ink and paper label: JASMINE, N. PRESCOTT DAVIES A.R.C.A., 12 Chalcot Gardens, Haverstock Hill, London, N W. Panel measures 15 x 11 inches, frame size of 24 x 20 inches.

Condition report

Very good condition, one small spot 1/4 inch size touch-up at very bottom edge near center next to frame edge, no other inpainting restoration or repair. Chip to frame, one shallow surface rub 1/2 inch long to the right of figure, irregularities in varnish and surface.
