Oil on canvas of Bohemian landscape by Hubert Bauer. Biography summary on back - Bauer was born in 1921 in a small village near Munich, Germany. In school he excelled in painting and drawing. Upon the advice of his teachers he moved to Munich to continue his studies at fine art school. He has become a very fine landscape artist and has had one-man shows in Munich and Nuremberg. Unframed 12 1/4" H x 15 7/8" W; framed 18" H x 22" W x 2" D. 20th century.
