English classical Regency fire screen with petit point shield. Adjustable frame shield, mounted on a wooden standard that tapers to a foliate carved and reeded stem base, foliate carved feet. Overall very good condition with expected fading to petitpoint. Shield measurement 16 7/8" H x 15 5/8" W. Overall height 58 1/2" inches. England, circa 1830.
