Ladderback chair, probably Delaware Valley or Northeast, original black paint with traces of red floral design on top back. Old rush seat. Condition - Overall good condition with expected wear and paint loss to arms and legs. Arms appear to have been lowered with plugs in original arm holes, feet probably shortened. 47 1/2" H x 22" W x 16" D. Late 18th or early 19th century.
