Early 19th Century Scottish Tall Case Clock Signed George Lumsden, Pittenweem on Dial, Dial Painted and Named Cottars Saturday Night. Representing a Poem, "The Cottar's Saturday Night", by Sir David Wilkie. Clock with with Spindle Mounts and Crank. Missing Finial, Paint on Dial Peeling Somewhat, Small Losses Throughout. Repairs and Restorations to the Case Otherwise Good Condition. Clock is NOT in Running Condition. Measures 85-1/2 Inches Tall, 18-3/4 Inches Wide and 9-3/4 Inches Depth. We Will Not Ship This Item In-House Due to Its Size, But Would be Happy to Recommend a List of Gallery Approved Vendors on Request (estimate $800-$1,200)
