Vienna paint-transfer porcelain cabinet plate, fourth quarter-19th century; artist signed "A. Heer;" titled "Die Tarcen," on verso, underglaze blue beehive mark, mythological scene of three classical women, crimson border with gilt and enamel scroll decoration, with 9 1/2" Diam.
