Chinese cloisonne enamel container in the form of a peach, the top of the lid with five bats executed in relief surrounding a shou medallion and reserved on a yellow ground with a dense fret pattern, the exterior sides of the lid and the base enameled with more bats flying amid sprays of peaches and cash emblems, all resting upon a lei-wen patterned foot, the recessed base of scrolling tendrils radiating from a central flower, the interior of both parts with further bats amid scrolling clouds on a blue ground, 9.75''h x 8.25''w x 5.25''d; Provenance: Estate of Dennis Irish, Oregon
