Griffith, bound together: 1) SKETCHES OF THE EARLY HISTORY OF MARYLAND (Baltimore, 1821), and 2) ANNALS OF BALTIMORE (Baltimore, 1824) 8vo., later blue cloth, signed on the title page by noted Baltimore silversmith, Standish Barry; Together with another volume of the same two titles bound together, this in an amateur binding, signed on the title page by Baltimore silversmith, P. B. Sadtler; and another volume: David M. Reese, OBSERVATIONS ON THE EPIDEMIC OF 1819 AS IT PREVAILED IN A PART OF THE CITY OF BALTIMORE (Baltimore: 1819) small 8vo., remnants only of full sheep binding.

Condition report

First copy of SKETCHES lacks frontispiece. EPIDEMIC: boards detached, one missing; text toned and foxed, handstamp on title page.
