Conditon: ink signature and some, notations, some splits to plates with portion of plate 4 detached; binding split, portions of spine missing boards rubbed. Sold not subject to return. military guide with plates devoted to battlefield posturing. First published in 1779 while Steuben was inspector general of the Continental Army, the regulations were adopted nationally by the Uniform Militia Act of 1792. Evans 29778.
