Condition: light foxing in print and verso, small tape repairs to verso, possibly trimmed. political satire critical of president jackson's dispersal of surplus funds. The print depicts American bankers begging at the feet of Andrew Jackson, who sits upon barrels labeled "Surplus Fund."
