Condition: three very slight horizontal marks in image; card with toning and chipping/tears to extremities. image of manitou, colorado. Incorporated in 1888, Manitou was known as a health destination for those suffering from tuberculosis. In this impressive image, one can see several very large buildings, possibly hotels or hospitals, the small town church, and a large mountain view.
