Condition: marginal browning and tearing, creasing to three corners and from horizontal folding, repaired split to lower vertical fold. map of the "new world" showing california as an island. Native American tribal territories, towns and Christian missions, and physical features such mountains and forested areas are shown along with European political divisions in North and South America. The map also encompasses Western Europe, the westernmost tip of Africa, and various islands of the North Atlantic.
