Numerous plates, including a large hand-colored folding map of Brooklyn and 5 large color lithograph views of the interior and exterior of the Brooklyn Academy of Music during the Sanitation Fair. Publisher's green bead-grain cloth stamped in gilt and blind. Condition: front hinge cracking, some leaves chipped and browned along edges; one corner slightly bumped, spine very lightly faded. Extensively illustrated with many folding color plates of historic Brooklyn places and scenes, and numerous facsimiles of historical documents.
