ELEANOR ROOSEVELT.
March 3, 1958, Typed Letter Signed "Eleanor Roosevelt", one page, 6" x 7", on her personal letterhead, Choice Near Pristine Mint. Writing from New York, Roosevelt thanks Mr. Paul W. Kieser of Toledo, Ohio, "...for the copy of Dean Moor's tribute to my husband. I greatly appreciate your sending it to me and will forward it to the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library in Hyde Park." The letter bears just one horizontal crease but does nothing to detract from this extremely bright and clean example. Offered together with the original transmittal envelope bearing her printed franking signature together with a second envelope also bearing her franking signature. (3 items)
