Uncolored 3" x 2" die proof on large sheet, 14" x 11", with a 1" engraving of the 1789 miniature by Ramage, "in the possession of Mrs. Moses S. Beach." Signed "Albert Rosenthal" in pencil. Oval portrait of Washington in uniform. Penciled notations: "No. 15" and "H 211a." A list of 20 subscribers are printed on a tissue overlay in the lower right corner of the large sheet.
