Addressed to Melrose, Ohio, 3.25" x 5," brown 3¢ Washington stamp, pen cancelled. This Patriotic Civil War cover has the slogan "Death To Traitors" below a smoking cannon and a fluttering American flag. The vignette is printed in red and blue.
