June 1, 1865, "Oration Commemorative of President Abraham Lincoln" Eulogy by R.S. Storrs, Jr., Very Good.
9.25" x 5.75," 65 pages, published on "The Union" Steam Presses in Brooklyn. Original paper covers, some paper loss at spines, some dampstaining and varmint nibbling on the cover, front cover separated. On June 1st, the nation set aside a day of fasting to honor their slain President. The eulogies shortly after his death and from this date have become important collectibles in their own right.
