Set of six redeemable notes, in denominations of 25¢, 50¢, 75¢, $1, $2.50, and $5--each printed in brown and orange, with portraits of Lincoln in various stages of his life: The Congressional Lincoln, the Controversial Lincoln, the Candidate Lincoln, The President-Elect Lincoln, the Gettysburg Lincoln, and the Triumphant Lincoln. Facisimile printed signature of Clyde W. Pontius, manager of the grain elevator company. A beautiful assortment of these scarce notes. Ex: EAHA Auction, August 24, 2002, Lot 563, where it sold for $345. (6 notes).
